Core Stabilizers Part 2

Join me for Part 2 of our 'journey through the deep core'. In this practice, we move from subtle to more dynamic work as we integrate six additional core-stabilizing exercises designed to build strength, stability, and resilience. In this episode, we focus on engaging the transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, and obliques. As your core capacity grows, remember to gradually increase your repetitions and sets.
