Part 3 of this series explores the glute–core system and its role in spinal stability. The gluteal muscles function alongside the abdominal, back, and pelvic muscles to support the pelvis and spine. A weak glute–core system can compromise pelvic stability, leading the low back to overcompensate. This practice focuses on strengthening the glutes to establish a strong, stable base for the spine. For this practice you will need a tennis ball or therapy ball and a strap.
