Join me for a journey around the heart. This practice tends to the front, sides, and back of the heart space with an aim to create more space for your body to breath. We begin with gentle neck and shoulder stretches, before moving into myofascial release (MFR) for the rhomboids, upper trapezius, and sub scapularis. This heart opening practice will leave you feeling expansive, grounded, and settled. For this practice you will need 2 tennis balls or therapy balls, 1-2 cushions, 2 blocks, and a rolled blanket or towel.
