Making Space For Breath

In the northern hemisphere, March heralds the arrival of spring. As we transition from late winter into early spring it is common to experience an increase of congestion around our respiratory system. This short yin practice aims at opening the pathways of our heart, lung, and gallbladder meridians, tending to neck, shoulders, spine, and heart space. For this practice you will need a block and two large cushions/pillows/or bolster.
