In this 3-part movement therapy series we'll integrate functional movement, myofascial release techniques, and strengthening exercises to increase range of motion and maintain healthy joint mobility in our shoulders. Shoulders play a vital role in our overall quality of life. When our shoulders move more freely, we create greater access to our breath. Improved breathing can support the nervous and digestive systems, which can contribute to better sleep, increased energy, and a greater sense of vitality. This series is designed to offer supportive practices to reduce discomfort, maintain mobility, and support you to move with ease through your daily activities. Each section can be practiced on its own or combined for a complete shoulder health maintenance practice.
