Releasing The Low Back Release Part I

A gentle 20-minute floor practice to release tension in the low back. This practice can be used as a stand alone session at the end of your work day or before bed, or combined with Low Back Release Part II, where we will move away from the floor in order to tend to tightness and fatigue in your psoas. You will need 2 blocks for this practice.
