In this 25 minute session, we introduce a new band arrangement to engage the 'push/pull' action against our resistance bands. Join me, as we dive into an exploration of shoulder health, wrist health, and structural 'core' integrity. Warm-up with internal and external rotation exercises for your shoulder joints while strengthening your forearm extensors. Then move on to a few full body arrangements that will have you integrating your front core and firing up your obliques! For this practice you will need your resistance bands, a block, and a blanket for your knees.
