Spring Has Sprung!

Spring has sprung, ushering in Kapha season in the Northern Hemisphere. Through the lens of Ayurveda, Kapha is shaped by the elements of earth and water - steady, nourishing, and grounding - qualities that support the generative rebirth of spring. When these qualities accumulate, however, it's not uncommon to notice heaviness in the body, along with increased mucus and congestion. This gentle, floor-based practice is designed to create space around the lungs and diaphragm. Through movement and breath, we’ll invite openness to the respiratory system—helping clear stagnation and restore a sense of lightness as the seasons begin their annual shift.

For this practice you will need 2 blocks, a blanket, and a strap.
