Standing Balances in Chapultepec Park

Join me in Chapultepec Park in Mexico City, as we embark on a series of short classes designed to increase our stability in standing balance asanas. These sessions all begin with core and leg strengthening 'drills', before moving into more traditional standing asanas. This session focuses on 'Revolved Hand to Foot Pose' or Parvrtta Hasta Padangusthasana. For this practice you will need two blocks.
