The Wings of Garudasana

The standing balance of Garudasana, or Eagle Pose, asks us to navigate our instability while simultaneously criss-crossing the limbs and hugging towards the midline. Join me as we 'practice' tapping into our immense capacity for courage and perseverance, locating our stability amidst the 'wibble wobble'. For this practice you will need two blocks and a blanket.
